Logos Spring 2026 Theatre Camps

Teen Camp: The Venture of 1620

Camp Week: April 20th-25th

The Venture of 1620 is the unbelievable, yet true story of the Pilgrims' escape from religious persecution to the New World. Through the stories of William Bradford, William Brewster, and other dedicated Pilgrims, we are called to remember our nation's posterity and to gratefully acknowledge the price paid for our religious freedoms.

Cost: $210

Auditions: February 16th & 17th @ 6:00-8:30 pm

Prepare and memorize 2 contrasting monologues, about 1 minute each. Please keep the historical style of the show in mind and choose classical pieces, or at least pieces in that style if possible.

ALL AUDITIONEES: A dressy-casual look is appreciated for auditions and callbacks.

Callbacks: February 19th @ 6:00-8:30 pm

You will receive an email with callback instructions and a call time if you are needed. (Everyone will be cast, regardless of callbacks.)

Kids Camp: The Tortoise & The Hare

Camp Week: April 20th-25th

The Tortoise and the Hare is an adorable children’s musical that addresses the problem of pride and how we must always remember who gave us our talents and abilities. In this story, Hare believes he is clearly the fastest animal in the forest. But everyone is surprised when the most unlikely challenger steps forward - the Tortoise! Does “slow and steady” always win the race, or will the Hare’s speed leave the Tortoise in the dust?

Cost: $160

Auditions: February 16th & 17th, 6-8:30 pm

Prepare and memorize 1 minute of any appropriate song (with a backing track), and a short monologue no more than 1 minute long. Pick pieces you enjoy and that give you chances to show off your dramatic and singing skills. Backing tracks are readily available on YouTube and other websites. Please bring a device to play the track and a portable speaker, if you have one.

Callbacks: February 19th, 6-8:30 pm

You will receive an email with callback instructions and a call time if you are needed. (Everyone will be cast, regardless of callbacks.)

Read-Through: February 21st, 10:00 am-12:00 pm @ CoVA Church. You will receive your script and CD (Kids) at the read-through.
