Richard has appeared in various stage productions that include Big Fish (Ashton Mayor/Ensemble, KPCT), It’s a Wonderful Life (Ernie, Theatrix), Willy Wonka (Mr. Salt, KPCT), Pride and Prejudice (Sir William Lucas/Mr. Gardiner, KPCT), Exodus Story (Jethro, Kempsville Presbyterian Church), The Eight (Noah, Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church), The Wiz (Tinman, Norfolk Academy). He is thankful to his wife Shannon and their five children who continue to support and humor all this madness.

Education Coordinator
Stephanie Cason
Stephanie Cason is honored to serve as KPCT’s Education Coordinator, where she is passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships within the local theatre community and sharing God’s love through creativity and encouragement. She holds a BFA in Acting/Musical Theatre from Wright State University in Dayton, OH, and has enjoyed an extensive career as a professional performer and director.
After moving with her family to Virginia Beach, Stephanie began teaching Drama at Young Musicians of Virginia in 2008, where she spent nine years building the YMV Theatre program and working with homeschool families. In 2013, she expanded her impact as the Theatre Arts teacher at Norfolk Christian Schools, where she designed new curriculum and directed productions that contributed significantly to the school’s Fine Arts legacy. She has also collaborated with respected organizations across Hampton Roads, including Nice Dance Studios, CAST Family Theatre, TAB Church, and Theatrix Inc.
Known for her ability to build strong peer relationships and foster a culture of encouragement, Stephanie is dedicated to valuing every student as an image bearer of Christ. She looks forward to continuing her journey with KPCT, eager to learn, grow, and share her gifts in this next chapter.
Her life verse remains, “Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings” (Psalm 63:7).

Volunteer Coordinator
Aimee Byman
Aimee Byman is a passionate professional with a heart for service and a deep commitment to education. As the Volunteer Coordinator for King's Players Community Theatre, she draws from her background in theater and helps wherever she can to support the creative process. She also works as a Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, where she provides compassionate care to young patients with various skin conditions. Most recently, Aimee has embraced the opportunity to grow and learn as a Cosmetology Apprentice at Bracha Salon, driven by her love of acquiring new skills. The name "Bracha," meaning "blessing" in French, reflects the salon’s mission to bless everyone who walks through its doors with care, beauty, and the love of Christ.
Aimee is a Professionally Certified Educational Therapist (PCET) and Feuerstein Cognitive Coach, using her expertise to support children with learning challenges and help them thrive academically. As a homeschool mom, she takes a hands-on approach to her children's education, fostering their love for learning and the arts, including theater. Aimee’s deep commitment to education extends beyond her own children, as she is dedicated to empowering all students to reach their fullest potential.
Aimee’s husband and children are all active in their family-owned apiary, where they raise bees and harvest honey. She enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, anything related to nature and helping others whenever possible. In her free time, Aimee loves to walk along the beach, searching for shells, fossils, and sea glass while taking in the wonderful views and breathtaking sunsets.
Above all, Aimee’s life is guided by her deep love for the Lord, which influences everything she does—from her family life to her work and service to others.
